A: Getting you the right fit is important to us. Ling Chan Wedding Shoes come in EU sizing. Each style’s fit and size chart are listed on its product description section. If an item is stated as true to size, order your usual dress shoe size. If your feet are wide, we suggest going up half a size for comfort. If you ar still not sure, measure your feet length/width and comprare with our internaitonal size chart, or just shoot us a message for a personal guide.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT LENGTH:
Tips: Our shoes are made in EU sizing. We recommend ordering the same size as your regular EU shoe size or one size down, depending on your preference for fit. Note that dance shoes are designed to be firm-fitting and may stretch about half a size in width.
All measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the shoes and differences in the measuring process.
Q: I am in between sizes. Which size should I get?
A: If you are in between sizes or have wider feet, we would recommend going half a size up for comfort. You may wish to purchase heel liners for a perfect fit. Everyone’s feet are as unique as our personalities, but there are ways to ensure you are happy with the fit. Getting you the right fit is very important to us. If something does not fit right, we will be happy to exchange the unworn shoes for a different size.
Q: Any recommendations for shoes for wider feet?

A: Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world that major shipping companies deliver.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping internationally, yah! Express shipping with a minimal fee is offered at check out.
Q: I’ve placed an order. How long will it take to ship?
A: All our wedding shoes are handcrafted, once order is placed, please allow up to 7 busienss days to process and ship. If customization is involved, we may need more time, please reach out for an individual timeline.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: International orders will take 10-14 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping will take 3-5 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive an email the minute your order is shipped with a tracking nummber.
Q: Where is your item shipping from?
A: Mostly from Hongkong and in some cases from Germany.
Q: I received an email notification stating my order has been delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
A: First, pease check your tracking online to see the most recent information and check if your package has been held at customs. Items held at customs are normally due custom fees or VAT imposed by your country before it can be released and delivered to you.
Second, please check with your neighbor or receptionist desk. There have been times where packages have been delivered to a nearby unit.
Next, please contact your local post office such as DHL, FedEx, USPS with the tracking nummber you got from our email, inform them that you have not received the package.
Q: I received a notification of failed delivery attempt of my order.
A: In the case of failed attempt of delivery, please contact the carrier and arrange for a re-delivery. They will be able to further assist you. Please note that many of them will automatically attempt another delivery the next business day.
Q: What should I do if I did not receive my order?

Q: What shoes to wear for an outdoor wedding?
A: For the outdoor and uneven terrain (garden, beach, backyard and etc), you’ll want something that gives you stability. Opt for our comfortable wedding flats, low heel wedding sandals or block heels!
You can also wear high heels for an outdoor wedding. We recommend adding a heel stopper so you don’t have to worry about sinking in grass.
Q: Are the shoes comfortable?
A: Yes! we put a lot of thought in our design process to create a style that is comfortable for you. Our handmade wedding shoes are refined with leather lining and enhanced leather insole plus non-slip outer rubber sole that provides a stability and long-term comfortable.
Q: How do I take care of my handcrafted pearl wedding shoes?
A: Along with your handcrafted pearl wedding shoes, we’re including a small bag of extra pearls and glue. These are provided as a precautionary measure in case any pearls become loose or need replacement over time. We want to ensure that your shoes stay as beautiful as the day you received them. If you notice any excess glue after pearl application, you can gently wipe it away using nail polish remover oil.
