Return and Exchange

RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We want you to love what you have purchased at LingChan! We allow returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective product within 14 days of delivery date.

While we understand shoes need to be tried on, we advise you to try on shoes on carpet areas and with clean feet. We will ONLY accept the returned item for exchanges or refunds in original clean condition.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

To submit a return or exchange request, please click here,and follow instructions on the screen. After your request is submitted, we will notify you via email for approval. Please do not send any product back without submitting a request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • All sale items & accessories are final sale.  
  • Express shipping fees are not refundable. Prepaid duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the return(s) paperwork.

How much is the international return shipping fee?

We currently do not offer return labels for international returns. As shipping fees vary depending on the country and courier company, we recommend using the most trustworthy courier service available in your country. If urgency of refund is not a concern, opting for an economical shipping service is advised to minimize costs, as express shipping typically is more expensive.

ABOUT EXCHANGE:

Should I keep or exchange my shoes?

If it fits big:

Can you fit more than 1 finger? If yes, exchange to a smaller size.

Can you fit more than 1 finger? If no, add a heel liner or heel pad

Note: You don’t want your shoes to fit too snugly because your feet will swell by the end of the night.

If it fits tight:

Try again in the evening. If it feels tighter, exchange to a bigger size.

If it feels the same, wear thick socks to stretch the shoes.

If the slingback keeps sliding down: 

Add a heel liner at the toe area.

  • To expedite the process and minimize waiting time, we do not facilitate direct exchanges and do not hold shoes for exchange. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order and leave a note specifying your previous order number. Rest assured, we will prioritize your new order and upgrade it to express delivery.
  • Once we receive your return, your previous order will be refunded. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a tracking service for all return shipments to us. This will allow you to track the location of the package throughout its journey.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Returns for orders with standard shipping will be subjected to a $5 handing fee.
  • Please note you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not provide a prepaid return shipping label.  
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return/exchange from the time we received your item(s) in our facility.  
  • We also recommend that you pack items securely as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.  
  • Return Authorization will be voided if item(s) is not shipped within 10 business days of return request is confirmed. 
  • To better process your return/ exchange, we recommend to include one of the following:  the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), original packing slip, or written note with order number.
